I am absolutely disgusted with this company. HMC was informed of a major leak that is so bad that the water started to run outside of the condos. It has now been weeks and they refuse to do anything. The home is full of mold and they are just ignoring this emergency situation that they are legally obligated to repair. Every homeowner I’ve talked to in our community wants to get rid of HMC as they refuse to fulfill their obligations of any kind.

Good Afternoon HOA Management, I am writing to let you know that I had a problem last month with my HOA dues not being delivered on time. I called the office and spoke to Honey( she's an angel). I asked her if the office had received my payment which was mailed April 5th, 2026. She asked me to wait close to a week before I cancel the check and reissue another one. The check finally came in. Working with HMC is always pleasant; they are quick to respond to any questions we may have and their managers are really helpful
