The apartments have horrible air leaks so expect a higher light bill then normal. The air conditioning unit gets stuck in the winter time. I come home to 100° inside my place due to the heat not turning off as it should (300-400 light bill) The owner is not someone you want as a land lord. He waited 2 years to renew my lease, never answers the phone, and is not great at communicating. All in all i wouldn't move here. There is so much more to share but ill leave it at this.
