Awesome people!
If it were possible to give this a "0" I would. Our manager doesn't respond to emails, or phone calls--even to Board members. Every single one assigned has been grossly incompetent and the neighborhood has suffered as a result. They need to do a better job training staff or reduce their work load. Their attention to detail and accuracy is zero. They don't even bother to read the documents they are supposed to be enforcing. What a waste of money!
They towed my truck for no reason what so ever, I was backed in all the way, not even hanging out on the sidewalk walk and now I have to pay 300$ to get it out. My spot is all scratched up now also. I feel like they also target people. My neighbors truck is always hanging out on thw sidewalk but I have yet to see them be towed. This HOA should be fed some cow patties in my opinion.
