Called the out of town number on the letter for help with billing and was forwarded to the local HOA office within the neighborhood that no longer has an accountant because we hired HOAMCO. So frustrating!
We recently were assigned a new manager and she has been wonderful. She worked steadily to recover records that had not been properly retained, she knows the covenant restrictions and has helped put our finances in properly invested CDs to earn money on our reserve money. Unfortunately she is still overworked, and hopefully they will staff more appropriately soon. If the compliance officer is out sick they have no way to backfill. Compliance is an opportunity area for them to better function.
I can see from the amount of poor ratings that this company doesn’t care about customer service or improving.
This is our neighborhood hoa. Their notices are surely targeted, and when I want to pay a complaint about a contracted vendor, i.e. landscaping company, so far, it's been near to impossible. Even when I call," we're sorry, we're not able to take your message, the voicemail mailbox hasn't been set up yet."
Frank Chabala is useless as a compliance inspector.
