Ruben Gamez NEVER responds to emails, and on the rare occurrence he sends out a mass email (which is usually AFTER community water has already been shut off) they are very poorly written. I guess we have a secret HOA "board," but Ruben refuses to disclose when they have meetings to discuss things like our community budget and assessments. Our bylaws require there be an annual meeting, but Ruben didn't schedule one in 2025, and did not share with us the 2026 budget either. Worst service from the community manager!!! He's beyond rude, arrogant & cocky like he's above everyone! Who treats humans that way!!!! The ladies at the front were very sweet & helpful at least.
Really wish 0 starts was possible. Businesses that operate this way should not be allowed.
HOAMCO SUCKS! You give a parking violation to a 76 year old man who’s been diagnosed with liver cancer! We have family and caregivers in and out and you’re so heartless you issue a parking violation! Joe Chabala you suck! You take no consideration as to why parking was an issue that day, no you just send a nasty form letter! HOAMCO and their employees are heartless people! NEVER PURCHASE A HOME IN A HOAMCO ASSOCIATION!
