HOA does nothing to stop illegal fireworks. Kids driving quads with no helmet. Tracks are all over the grass area in the park. Housing area is trashy.
14 Years I've had the displeasure of dealing with the incompetence and neglect. Ive been without a point of contact because they simply can't keep employees. Is that a red flag? Lol and my December check is late more than a month and now Jan is late. At least they are consistent.
HOA continues to raise our HOA payments but never does ANY maintenance on areas. They won't do any maintenance but will drive around properties taking pictures of properties that are not following rules. Rocks on road and sidewalks, weeds on curbs and sidewalks, potholes, trees on curb not trimmed!
absolutely rediculous.... if I could give a negative 1, I would.
