I’d give negative stars if Google let me. HOAMCO employees are greedy, desperate, and a disaster. They lack management and customer service skills. They are not concerned about the neighborhoods they are supposed to manage. They don’t take care of the neighborhood concerns. They only want their dues and fees. They insist I pay $3 from 2022 due to their lack of accounting. If I don’t I’ll have to pay late charges and have a lien on my property. It’s not the money for me it’s the principle. Communication from this company is lacking at best. DO NOT buy a home in a HOAMCO community because you will be miserable as outlined by the reviews on this page.

The Desert Sands Community has not been addressing the off street parking, improper use of garages, and nearly all of the back yards are still dirt, which had to be completed within a stipulated time after move in. Trash Bins left out, and not stored out of sight, side yards and back yards filled with trash and junk.. The HOA has done nothing except steal our dues.
