Like everyone else, I’ve had a horrible experience. Our community manager never returns emails or answers her phone. The front desk employees are just as rude. There is no communication and if there is, it’s poorly written leaving members with more questions. Perhaps they should read some of these reviews and see all the similarities within them and start making some changes.
I had my house built in the Saltillo community in 2010 for me and my 8 year old son at the time. I love our house and it was a perfect neighborhood for us. Unfortunately, I have had countless problems with this HOA (HOAMCO) due to their erroneous billing assessments, inaccurate notices for claims of the yard needing attention for various reasons and fees being assessed incorrectly.
