Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have contacted this company numerous times In January 2025 regarding two HOA payments made to the previous management company before my association switched to them. Despite providing proof—including payment statements, a ledger from the last company, and bank payment records—they have completely ignored me. I would give a zero rating on this trashy service. Have been getting citations and parking violations. The HOA have been ignoring the issue and I may have to pay a big fine because of their incompetence and inconvenience. Horrible.
