I called about a Trane comperssor and air handler sold on their website I was about to buy and have shipped to me. I inquired about the 10 year Trane warranty they offer. The warranty Trane offers has a lot of exceptions, the one that concerned me said if Trane equipment is sold uninstalled and shipped to the customer the warranty was void.
