Vlad and the team were fantastic to deal with. They took extra care of our belongings and we were really happy with the service provided, which included offsite storage. The move was also reasonably priced.

Homemove have been the best movers we've used. From start to finish we could not be happier. Vlad was able to organise our move at very short notice (enquiry sent Friday arvo, movers arrived early Monday morning). He was so helpful and great to deal with on the phone. The moving guys were great too. They worked efficiently, but didn't rush. They took care to make sure not to damage any furniture or scratch the walls or doors. Fantastic service. Henry and Emi were friendly, communicative, efficient and careful with our belongings - we had many fragile things and no breakages! The phone booking process was so easy and they were able to fit us in at only 34 hours notice. Made a stressful move much easier. Would recommend to anyone.
Our experience with this service was very disappointing. We hired them to move office furniture from storage to a new facility, and while the job extended into a second day (which we understood), the problems began after completion. Several of the desks tipped forward when leaned on, and only after filing a complaint (sending pictures etc) were we informed that parts were missing.
