I have been working with HomeMed for nearly a decade & they have quite literally saved my life. I am on home TPN, and they have been the very meal delivery service that I never wanted. Throughout that decade I have had 1 negative experience out of at least weekly (typically more) experiences, which is a wildly positive ratio. If I could, I would give zero stars. My experience with this healthcare support team was nothing short of frustrating. Communication and support from HomeMed were consistently lacking. The staff couldn’t even align on how to properly train caregivers like myself to use the essential equipment needed to care for loved ones at home. This lack of coordination led to constant confusion and seriously undermined my confidence in their service.
