My mom was only with HomeMD for a short time before she passed away in late December of 2024. She died of a stroke due to afib that went undiagnosed. Now I continue to receive monthly charges from HomeMD for chronic care management. I spoke with their billing department and the "took care of the monthly auto charge" but I just received a notice from the insurance about a charge for March, which of course they are not going to pay because my mom is deceased.
