We arranged a termite inspection with this company and were very disappointed with the service. The inspector was unable to locate the termite colony during the inspection, however my husband later found the colony himself later that same day. We then received a very generic inspection report that did not properly identify or explain the issues, yet we were still charged the full inspection fee.
