I’ve called 3 times since yesterday ( 2/4/2025) to make arrangements to bring the wheelchair back that I borrowed from them. They have yet to call me back!!! This place may have rave reviews on borrowing equipment BUT follow-up is horrific!!! Their hours state they are open yet no one answers the phone.
