This company is the worst HOA management company I’ve ever experienced. In the past I got a notice for weeds in my yard. I got a fertilizer company to use and I notified them on my plan of attack to resolve the issue and they still sent me a second notice and I had to take more time to prove I had already put a plan in place. As I walk my neighborhood I see other yards that are all weeds or no grass at all. Later I got my second new notification about needing my mail box painted. I complied again painting my mail box. Homelink took over the Shenandoah Community around 6 months ago. Our common areas aren't mowed. Some of the subdivision signs can't be seen because bushes are so large. Shenandoah Blvd and Forest Rd look absolutely horrible. No one has picked up large branches that have fallen off the trees. No weed trimming being done any where or edging since they have taken over the Community. Not a good experience.
