I have had multiple deals with this brokerage and they are just amazing. I was offered the best customer experience and they have always shown the interest to understand our concerns and help with it.
I have used this brokerage for two transactions so far, and they have been amazing to deal with. The first transaction was a sale and we were very happy with the process and results. The second was a purchase and when we purchased the market was hot, we were still able to get a nice house at a good price thanks to homelife woodbine.

One of the worst realty offices I’ve ever worked with! we are building a new house and we need to rent for 24 months and we contacted the listing agent. He booked an appointment for us and I told him my realtor and I will be there at a certain time. He ignored my message for almost 24 hours and then he replied saying he can no longer accommodate us.
