Embarrassing receptionist/representative for this company - what a waste of time - people need to be a lot more respectful and appreciate how to conduct business professionally - Mina or Amin - doesn't know what's going on.
This company employees are rude and not professional at all. Customers service is a 1 star.
This is a joke . My agent and I have been trying to reach agent Alok Nagpal for the past 1month . We have called and left multiple voicemails along with text message . We even called the receptionist desk to help have Alok reach out to us , but as usual nothing . Honestly is this a bussiness or a joke ? My time is valuable and I’m trying to invest and having agent not contacting back is very bad experience . This website should be removed as you can see there is a horrible track of poor experience .
