This company employees are rude and not professional at all. Customers service is a 1 star.
This is a joke . My agent and I have been trying to reach agent Alok Nagpal for the past 1month . We have called and left multiple voicemails along with text message . We even called the receptionist desk to help have Alok reach out to us , but as usual nothing . Honestly is this a bussiness or a joke ? My time is valuable and I’m trying to invest and having agent not contacting back is very bad experience . This website should be removed as you can see there is a horrible track of poor experience .
This establishment should be ashamed of who they hire as their receptionist. Rude unprofessional, talks to you as if you are bothering her. Needed a minute to look for a house address and she said I had one minute and that’s it. Than hung up on me twice! I don’t even think she bothered to page the realtor. Funny because the listing I was looking at has been on the site for over 40 days and I’m sure I know why now.
