I just wanted to take the time and say how much I and my family appreciated the level of care that my mom received from HomeLife and it's caregivers and what it meant to our family. My mom, in the last few weeks of her life was attended to by some of the most caring and compassionate individuals that we could have ever asked for considering her condition. We really appreciate everyone at Home Life Senior Care. They took excellent care of our Dad, caring, professional, reliable and friendly. Excellent communication with everyone in the office. We would have been lost without them, such a peace of mind. Highly recommend.
11/21/2024 UPDATE: Wendy from their office reached out after the earlier review was posted, to apologize for the mixups in scheduling. She also committed to overseeing mom's care from the admin side, to ensure no further mixups occur. Since that time, caregiver schedules have been set timely, with good communication so that all involved are informed of the schedules, or changes in schedules. Again, the caregivers themselves have been wonderful, and now that we're on the same page with scheduling I think things will work out ... read more
Very unhappy with this company, at this location. Two scheduling issues in a matter of a week's time, and they blamed me for the second issue - absolutely not acceptable. I own up to my mistakes. Maybe they should do the same. In any event, I offered to pay for the hours at issue, and canceled their services. It's not worth the stress. Definitely has not been a five star experience.
