Met with Josh the same day we called. Gave us a price that was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had received, set the date and got a new roof. Thanks for the great customer service.
From beginning to end excellent service for my roof replacement.Planning and communication was always easy and effective . Pricing was very reasonable.
Contacted Homelife Roofing for estimate. They called back and asked me if it was at least 3 sides of siding that needed repair and I said just the back. She immediately hung up on me -no good bye, no sorry we don’t do just one side ..nothing just hung up on me-no further conversation wanted on their end. Rude customer service
They have completed 3 projects for me - new roof, siding and windows. They are very professional and had the cheapest prices - the completion of all 3 projects were a about $20,000.00. I am very pleased with all 3 projects.
Met with Josh and he’s gotta be one of the most honest folk in the business. He didn’t try to sell me on an unrealistic project and gave solid advice and alternative solutions. Highly recommend based on the interaction alone despite not getting work done but I am sure the quality of the work matches the honesty of the business. Bonus point he was at my house the same day I called to book which is wild!
