I got in touch with him via Facebook advertisement for commercial project. We had a video call set up. During the call, I had specific questions regarding the project, instead of providing information or getting the right information via asking the developer/builder, he ducked my questions and when asked further, he disconnected. Such an unprofessional fellow. Avoid him.
