Same thing happened with us just as Arshpreet- worst place to visit if your looking to rent a place because you might be told the agent has been suspended and they cant help with it . My question is if we are visiting the official site of Homelife Miracle and making payment to one of their registered agents how come the brokerage is not responsible? Also, if u are looking to buy a house - i must say a lot is at stake.
They are fraud, Companies and their employees do scam with the students by showing basement and home. Mr. So called gurjap dhadda took 3200$ from us and after that no response. When i called them first they said we will investigate and after that they stopped responding. How can you do these cheap things. Shame on you guys. This agent works here and he showed us the basement he called in the office to sign the lease which looks real and did give the keys and deposit to us he took 3300$ from us which includes first and last and $300 deposit. If he calls us here then seems like company is also involved. So dont trust them
Worst experience with this brokerage. I signed lease in their office for rental 2 bedroom basement and provided 2 rents. I never received keys. Brokerage also never helped us with that.
