I was renting place and sales agent was Jessica Yu. We signed all the papers,sent first and last,key deposits. Saturday 9am supposed to meet with an agent to get a keys and gave my 10 posted cheques. Friday night my 1.5 years old daughter spilled coffe on cheques. I brought 4 cheques what was still good and told the agent that new ones coming this week and I'll give them rest. Do not choose this agent. Can not find a buyer！！！！！it is a waste of my time and missing the best market to sell a property. It is like they are never doing something.
