I inquired about a ton of properties on Zolo The reply came back and told me to contact this brokerage in relation to my requests. I spoke to the receptionist and she told me some agent will call me. I worked with agent Kelvin Lam on my pre‑construction condo purchase. He promised a commission rebate upon final closing, which is part of our original agreement. Since closing has completed, he has gone completely unresponsive. I have reached out multiple times over many months via text, email and calls, yet I have received zero replies. I am unable to get in touch with him to collect the agreed‑upon rebate. Would not recommend working with him if you are expecting him to honour rebate commitments.
THIS HAPPENED 5.55P (2026.07.24) Highly unprofessional and disorganized brokerage admin staff, The agents and brokers are probably very professional agents but not the sitting staff.
