Please let me know if PING LU is not a realtor for this brokerage but she has broke into my home while I rented from her. She’s a realtor, rents the house she’s trying to sell and I had to call the cops. I am having to move out due to her constant harassment

Please train your agents and tell them not to come 35 mins before the appointment. We had ~15 groups of room touring over the past few weeks, everyone else respected appointment times except the 2 agents from your company. It’s very intrusive that they forced their schedule into ours without calling beforehand.
called and messaged them several times about multiple listing on realtor.ca but no one every got back to me. very rude and unprofessional customer service.
