Very unprofessional agent. MARIA ANGELI PEDIGLORIO ORENA booked a showing for my house in Brampton and did not show up. She is nowhere to be found on the internet, i tried reaching out through this brokerage office but even they didnt have her phone number on file.
I wish i can give them 0 star. Even they don’t deserve 0. Today i call one of their agent Navaid khan regarding a house advertisement , as I was looking for a house on rent for my family. The house with 4 bedrooms and 3 washroom was on 3500$ price and extra utilities and which is very huge amount for anyone to pay . When i call this guy , he told me you are not a good fit for this house because my mom, dad, brother, his wife and me are three separate families and can’t share room with each other so he said no . One of their realtors (or at least she is claiming she represents them) is sending out harassing messages on a social media platform to people without their permission, telling them to sign up for referral based businesses. Surely, that is a conflict of interest if she is working at this realty firm. She is also pretty intimidating and proud about flaunting this added business instead of being apologetic for harassing people without permission. I hope the owners know about this.
