Chao li (Charlie) was dishonest and unprofessional, stay away from this brokerages.
I had a very disappointing experience dealing with this brokerage and their agent, Chao Li. Before even reviewing or accepting an offer, I was required to complete a SingleKey background and credit check at my own expense. My credit score (825), employment details, and financial stability were already clearly visible and verified through the report. Asked about one of their rental properties and was told an agent would contact me. It’s been over a week and I even contacted a second time with the same reply. I had my partner message about the property and the broker replied the same thing to her with no follow up. Terrible experience with this company. Beware.
