Left deposit with Jegan and his wife and they returned to me a cheque on move out that NSF then blocked and haven’t returned messages to return the deposit
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very unprofessional and unskilled front desk staff at this brokerage. Every time I call, I receive different answers and have to repeat myself because the work is never completed properly. The staff answering the phones are consistently rude and show a lack of basic customer service skills. As someone with this brokerage, it has been a nightmare dealing with them.
Very disappointed with the experience dealing with **HomeLife/Future Realty Inc., Brokerage**, especially with listing agents **Rajah Masillamany** and **Cyril Rajakumar**. My agent submitted a full offer on a lease property they listed, including all the requested supporting documents. He followed up multiple times by email, phone calls, and messages—but received no response at all.
