Rented from Homelife for 18 months. Apartment was spacious and old building was well maintained. Very happy with how quickly most maintenance issues were dealt with, very responsive staff.
Reasonably priced apartments with unique character in Delaware, OH. Management is prompt and responsive, and I always felt taken care of. The WinterCrest Apartments in particular are a wonderful way to live right in downtown Delaware.
I have lived as a tenant in a Homelife Co. apartment building in downtown Delaware since October 2012 -- almost seven years. They maintain the building very well, and are always attentive to repair matters immediately. For example, when the tenants directly above my apartment overflowed their bathtub repeatedly, the maintenance person was quick to clean the resulting mess in my bathroom, and repair my bathroom ceiling. Ms. Rankey is, without a doubt, the most understanding and attentive landlord I have ever had-- truly a blessing to work and correspond with her.
