Terrible customer service from Scott and Laura.
As a realtor and real estate transaction coordinator I have worked with a lot of title companies and real estate attorneys for closings, and there's a reason Homeland Title is forever my preferred company to work with. I work mostly with Malinda, Vicky, and Gabrielle and they are all EXCELLENT. Time and time again they've gone above and beyond to make home closings smooth and easy. They're always quick to respond, kind, and explain things to buyers and sellers in easy to digest ways. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Used their services for closing on my house. They were thorough, explained everything, and excellent to work with.
There are much nicer, more responsive, and professional outfits out there. Choose another company. This one is a mess. Sorry, Christina. This was just an all around bad experience.
