Homeland rental is a shady business. When your lease is just about to expire they threaten you to sign a new contract or else they will raise your rent. The owner of 1675 north garfield should be held accountable as well . It's shameful to let homeland be in charge. Take pride in the property you own before you put renters in that dump.
I see the dump located on 1675 n. Garfield is up for rent again, renters beware, I lived there and rented from homeland rentals, the property is in dire need of repairs, has mold behind the shower and behind the walls in the basement, the electric breakers trip everytime it rains, and I was told the box is not even up to code, spend some time looking for another company to rent from and you will be much better off.
