being charged 860$ for bedbugs that didn’t come from my apartment, getting charged 200$ for locks being changed, getting charged a late fee of 60$ even tho my rent was paid on the 1st, they try and act like they’re on your side until you get off the phone with them, maintenance guys are great, half the people are moving out even some that’s been here YEARS! had people try and break in, had drunk people banging on my door, homeless always digging through trash & around your car, things stolen from my porch as petty as a door ... read more
We used them for our HoA service, but i dont know if they skipped town or what. Not able to log into portal anymore, they dont answer phones, all email addresses are just sending bounce backs. will have to contact bank to issue stop payment to the auto payments.
We had the misfortune of dealing with Homeland’s “Property Management” Team for a few years and a quick scroll through the MANY one star reviews is all you need to confirm your suspicions about the unprofessional, bitter, and washed up real estate agents that work here. Maintenance crew is great, be wary of the office staff.
