If I could give 0 stars I would. I lived in Colby for a little over a year renting from Robert Hanzlick. He isn't the landlord I thought he was, he WILL double cross you, not give you your deposit back, he's lazy with fixing things around the house or he will do it as cheap as possible. I cleaned my apt for 8 hours the day I moved out and he said it wasn't good enough and took my deposit money to fix the apt up.
