I rented a garden apartment at one of their properties. The apartment had a unique design with exposed brick walls and an original fireplace that was preserved during construction. It featured high ceilings, a rooftop, and a brand-new washer and dryer in the building. The neighbors were very friendly. The building was always clean and properly maintained. When repairs were needed, they were completed the same day or the next day. Thank you, Homeland, for an amazing living experience!

Extremely unprofessional management team. Lack of communication with us as tenants and completely disregarded our safety. Strongly advise against leasing with this management.
