Called homeland on a Saturday night for my parents due to the plumbing backing up the washer drain and the hot water drain. It flooded a couple different parts of the house. When we called an talked to their dispatch they said they would be available to come out with in the house and the weekend rate would be $175 service fee. They said we would get a quote when the tech Martin came out and they did not charge an hourly rate but charged by the job needing to be done. Martin did arrive within the hour.
