I was a steady customer here for years until I was told that the prescription that I had been picking up from them monthly was "too niche" for me to expect them to keep in stock before rather eagerly referring me to a big box store. (It's a pretty standard HRT prescription). I try to keep my $$ out of the big box places and to spend it locally/regionally instead, but clearly, they didn't value that as much as I did. I have been using the pharmacy on west Lindsey since 1998 and have stayed with this pharmacy because everyone is friendly and are always helpful if I have any questions
I have been a long time customer. It is great to be greeted. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They will always help me if I have problems. I will give them five stars to the nth degree. I appreciate good customer service. Thank you muchly
