Our garage door wouldn't work if we used the keypad. It was quite the hassle, so I called the repair company and asked if they could do something. Their technician came over ASAP, and he did a tremendous job helping us out. He fixed the problem efficiently and quickly had the unit in operational condition.
Ordered 18 x 20 carport on Saturday Mar 11 2018, got a confirmation call Monday Mar 13, 2018 and a scheduling call tues Mar 14, 2018, to install on Mar 20, 2018. Installed on the 20th like promised and did a 5 star job. Thanks R Allen
