I hired this company through my realtor. Lance missed, neglected, and lied about major issues in his report. Electrical, structural, and safety issues go out the window with this guy. I'm paying for it now a year later.

The guy must have been related to the seller. Less then a year of being in the house we have to put down thousands on a new roof! Also black mold everywhere! Unbelievable!

Lance inspected a home we were considering purchasing in 2018. His report stated the roof was 1-5 years old with a life expectancy of 15-20 years. He did not mention or note any roof issues. He neglected to tell us the roof was in poor condition due to being improperly installed. We would not have purchased the house if we were made aware of the issues. Now we are $12k out of pocket for a new roof because of what Lance failed to inspect. A roof should be the simplest thing to inspect! I do NOT recommend his services. The roo... read more

Lance performed inspections on three homes we were interested in. The third time was a charm, we bought it in Silverlake. He is very thorough and professional. You cannot go wrong hiring him!
