I moved into harmony villiage Georgetown Ky . pure hell from day 1...refrigerator froze up from day 1..took from move in until January to get a new one....when you humidity was up it stunk of dog urine...and of course they couldn't smell it...I was told they didn't have pets in my unit. This property management company is an actual joke. Especially at the Sunnyside Apartments in Munfordville. They do NOT care about their residents at all. They would rather have disabled residents go homeless during the holidays than let them back into their apartments after OUTSIDE repairs. Two months to do some concrete work is absolutely insane. Changing locks on apartments with out notifying residents prior is also not good practices and makes one think that you are going to lock residents out of their apartments, destro... read more
