We have used Paul twice now and will always use him for our HVAC needs in the future. He came out to "save" us from a VERY cold house after another contractor showed up but clearly didn't want to work. Paul worked us in to his busy schedule and had the repair completed quickly. This is the second time I used Paul. First review below. Second review. My cabin was 33 degrees with the furnace out when I arrived yesterday afternoon. Paul already had four more calls going until about midnight and told me first thing early next morning. I made the mistake and reached out to a local large company and they sent a repairmen. Great experience! Paul at Homeland Heating and Cooling quickly and graciously diagnosed our furnace after normal business hours, explained our options for a new one, and then we had the new one installed by him and his team the next day, also after hours. Highly recommend and we so appreciate having our home warm again so quickly! Thank you so much.
Honest, hardworking, and great customer service. Homeland was super responsive and did a great job with installing my HVAC. They were also very reasonable on price. Would highly recommend!
