Dr Camilla from HomeHeart was a blessing for us when we needed to say goodbye to our beloved cat Rickets. She was soothing and careful towards Rickets, compassionate to our emotions throughout the whole process, and never made us feel rushed in any way. We had used Paws at Peace in the past, and were nervous about using a different provider since PaP did not have the urgent availability our boy needed. Our worries we're unfounded though and he received the best care we could've hoped for.
They don’t answer the phone
We felt like it was best to let our beloved cat Marshie of 19 years go peacefully in his bed at home. I am very grateful for Dr. Nieto and home heart vets for providing their services directly to our home. They even reached out afterwards to share their condolences which meant a lot to us. I’m incredibly thankful for HomeHeart Vets and especially Dr. Sara, who helped us say goodbye to our 18-year-old cat, Ruby, in the comfort of our home. Dr. Sara was calm, kind, and patient. She explained everything clearly, gave us all the time we needed, and handled every step with care and respect. Her presence brought a sense of peace to an otherwise very difficult moment. They came out to my house back in 2022, they did a great job and were very professional. It was not an easy time but they made it as good as it could be. I would highly recommend choosing home heart vets for to take care of your pets last moments
