LOUIE IS PHENOMENAL to say the absolute least. He is beyond thorough and truly treats a home like it’s his own. He explains everything, he is completely honest, he is completely upfront. I’m going to be completely honest & sincere myself and say this, and I know the economy that we live in, but knowing what I know now after my inspection, I would’ve paid double the money that I did for Louie. He is a complete professional. He is a complete breath of fresh air and I fully recommend him to anybody.
Manny was extremely neglectful when conducting my new home inspection. He missed several issues that costed me tens of thousands of dollars shortly after moving in. I highly urge you to find another inspector so you don't end up like me. He is friendly but he is not experienced whatsoever. I've now had to replace my entire roof, hire monthly pest control service and had to repair the HVAC system. This was all in the week I moved in.
