I called to cancel my appt which was scheduled for the next day. Several minutes after hanging up the phone I received a text message stating I was being charged a $100 cancellation fee. I immediately called back and asked why this was not disclosed to me on the phone when I canceled my appt. I then stated I would just keep my appt as I would not be paying the $100.
