The "Leader on Duty" refused to process the return of a "HomeGoods" gifted cookware set with valid purchase and gift receipt because she was unable to locate the item in their system. I needed to go back to the HomeGoods store that the item was originally purchased from, and a wise manager there was able to manually update their system and process the return.
