I have shopped at this store regularly and usually had good experiences, which is exactly why this was so disappointing. I came in prepared to buy a $200 piece of furniture, and a few other things but one manager, Holly, completely ruined that sale. My not even two year old daughter, who was sitting with my husband, opened and closed a drawer on a desk once or twice. She was not being rough, destructive, or misbehaving. Prices are solid, finds are plentiful, and somehow you’ll leave with things you never planned to commit to. That bag saying “I enjoy long romantic walks through HomeGoods”? A documentary, it is.
