Cliff, the Customer Service Manager is very rude and authoritive. Needs to learn to change his tone and volume when speaking to customers, especially in front of other customers. Most people don't appreciate such a hard brash tone when being spoken to. Hopefully Cliff will get the training needed to come across more effectively in a softer and settle manner or go back to NY!
