I was disappointed with the return experience at HomeGoods. I had both the item and receipt, but the manager, Elizabeth, refused the return without a clear policy explanation. Her tone was unkind, and her appearance didn’t reflect the store’s professionalism. I’m a business owner and by far she would get let go the next day if she treated my clients like that.
I like this Home Goods. They have some nicer quality items at this location.
Nice place a lot of stuff but everything is a real mess they need to organize things better so is easy for the customers to find what they need :)
