I usually enjoy the selection of home decor and items at HomeGoods, but unfortunately my recent experience was disappointing because of the manager. She was very unfriendly, rude, and unwelcoming. Customer service felt inconsistent, and it made the store uncomfortable to visit. The return experience was also much less helpful compared to other stores like Target or Costco. I hope management improves in the future because the store itself has great products, but customer service matters too.
I really love this store it's a Mega store it has everything we need for Home the imaginable thing you can find there for an amazing price
