I love HomeGoods. It is organized and I just adore taking long romantic walks down the aisles. I go weekly, and the staff is always friendly (even right before closing). They always have a fresh selection!
Too pushy you when it comes to asking customers to sign up for their credit card, promotions, and overall rude staff when it comes to the registers. No means no. I don’t want your credit card!!! They make you feel like you’re burdening them for putting items on the counter. I also witnessed a different cashier next to me being really rude to somebody who was speaking in a foreign language to their loved one while at the register. The cashiers were trading jokes and looks during this interaction. It was very uncomfortable.
