I extremely rude and helpless staff, one guy just said “I don’t know” when I asked him for something, and just went as he just ignored me. Absolutely horrible experience overall. The cashier put the stuff so carelessly that the plastic bags tore as soon as I walked out. Don’t shop here.

I absolutely adore this store! They offer a wide range of high-quality and tasteful home decor items. We recently purchased some luxurious Ralph Lauren Down pillows that are incredibly lofty and comfortable. Additionally, we bought a large Abstract painting by a talented Ukrainian artist that we absolutely adore and proudly display in our home.

I love HomeGoods, but the older blonde manager is appallingly rude, and when I attempted to make a recent return I was treated as if I was trying to pull something over on the store ("this doesn't look like something we'd sell" even though it was a pillow—which is exactly what they sell—with its tag attached and I had a receipt), and this is not the first time their customer service has left much to desire. I won't be shopping at this store again.
