Called to see if they had a matching chair to one I purchased at another homegoods store. Carol G. not only looked to see if she had the chair, but she also took a picture of the chair she had and texted it to me to be sure it was the chair I was looking for. Great Store.
Absolutely horrible customer service at checkout. I would rather not shop at this location and will be going to their sister stores like TJ maxx and marshall’s instead. The check out lady was terrible and rude and made me bag my own things while giving me attitude the entire time
