Nice large store, great stock of items, and staff is always kind. Returns are fast and easy.
Management here is the worse. It's like they are doing you a favor. A handful of great cashiers and some of the others are horrible.
The Christmas decor and organization in the store is amazing. But, unfortunately, the management was extremely rude to their cashiers. I was checking out over a week ago, and I asked these two very nice women cashiers what the holiday return policy was. They said they didn't know and would ask the manager (who was also behind the counter.) Once they asked, the manager whose name is either Ariana or Ari, came around. I've always loved shopping at HomeGoods, but my recent experience left me disappointed due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Nydia. I requested a discount on an item with visible scratches, and when the cashier went to ask Nydia for approval, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner without even bothering to inspect the item. The manager here is a witch. I was shopping there just now and saw a table I like in clearance. No price. Floor guy (who was super helpful and kind) tells me that it’s because someone returned it yesterday. He calls up one of the supervisors named Anna (also super kind and helpful). She comes over right away to help. Looks at comparable pieces and says so it would be around $70, but it’s damaged, so it’ll be tagged at $50.
