Always treasures to be found at HomeGoods
The merchandise and sales are not the issue. The issue is the blocked aisles. It is one of the most frustrating to shop , browse. At every turn there is merchandise and or an employee blocking the aisles ( aside from the obvious Fire hazard). When I commented to an employee , I was told, merchandise arrives early, maybe come in the afternoon…….alrighty then I’ve taken myself and my wallet elsewhere
I had a very uncomfortable experience returning a few items. The cashier, Barbara, questioned me about why I was making the return in a way that felt accusatory and unprofessional. I’ve shopped at many Marshalls and HomeGoods stores over the years, and I’ve never been treated like this before. Returns are a normal part of retail, and customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management provides better customer service training so future customers don’t have a similar experience.
Price is increased but still they are good
Hassan is absolutely incredible! From the moment I stepped up to the register, his positive energy was infectious. He wasn't just efficient; he was genuinely kind and made the entire checkout process feel like the best part of my day. It’s rare to encounter someone so friendly and attentive who truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome.
