I like this store and often find nice items here. The aisles are too small so it is a hassle to push a card around with lots of customers milling around. But the employees leave something to be desired. Maria was extremely rude, she did not say a single thing to myself or my friend the entire checkout process. Not hello, not thanks for shopping with us, no mention of the tjx rewards card. She needs to be retrained or fired. Absolutely love this particular store! Always Loaded with new tempting stuff and we'll organized. The staff and mgmt are great. And bonus - TJs is next door to grab groceries before heading home.
As other mentioned, this location has the worst customer service. We bought 2 packs of silverware and took them out to rinse by hand with water before use. They rust immediately even though I only bought them 2 days ago (they’re even supposed to be dishwasher safe). Took them back to HomeGoods and they refused the return because it was not in original condition. The original package literally had 10 spoons tied to an open box with a pair of zip ties, I literally only took out the zip ties! Reading other reviews it seems this... read more
