I'm originally from Dallas where HomeGoods is merged with TJ Maxx, so the store size here wasn’t very impressive compared to what I’m used to. It also felt a bit less organized than the locations in Dallas, which surprised me since the population there is much larger. That said, the staff was very helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated.
The two managers, Kassandra and Kay, were very rude and unprofessional during my visit. I was returning an item because it was broken on one corner, which I did not notice at the time of purchase due to the box corners covering the damage. I informed the cashier, Paola, of the reason for the return; however, neither she nor either manager examined or verified the condition of the item during the return process.
