Let me start by saying I really like HomeGoods but this location is a definite NO for me because every time I’ve been here the line is about 40-50 people deep and extends to the back of the store. I always end up forfeiting the items I’ve selected and walking out. Real disappointment.

I don’t understand why no matter what time of the day you go, whatever day of the week: be FULLY prepared for a line that is wrapped around the building. Is this the only Home Goods in like a 20 mile radius ??!! I’m so confused

I was going to purchase an item….sign clearly says 50% off discount taken at the register. At the register, She says. We don’t do that even though the sign says discount taken at the register. Then don’t put a sign that says discount taken at the register. Could have very well been seasonal help….miscommunication…..poor training. It was busy and they seemed overwhelmed. Store has really gone down. Not like it used to be. Indianland location cleaner…..organized….great. Customer service.

I called to ask if an item was in stock at 5:05pm on 10/29 and waited on hold for 20 minutes with the same lady occasionally answering and every single time when I would say “I just need some help seeing if an item is in stock” she said oh so sorry and then immediately put me back on hold without any explanation. The last time she picked up, I asked for her name (Judy). It was only after I asked for her name that she said she would go and look for the item. Great selections, friendly staff, and a clean store. The lines will always be long, but when all registers are in use…not much to complain about. Going early (as soon as they open) has proven to be the best option for me.
