FYI STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW AFTER BOOKING AND TRAVELING FROM FLAGSTAFF THROUGH THE NIGHT I USED MY POINTS FOR THE ROOM & THEY WANTED A $200 CASH DEPOSIT, REFUSED TO USE MY CR CARD FOR IT AND SAID NO CASH, NO ROOM..... RUDE NASTY PEOPLE WHO ALSO HAD THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLE PARKED IN FRONT OF DOOR AND MADE PAYING GUESTS PARK IN LOT AND WALK INTO A STUFFY SMALL GLASS ENCLOSURE. Checkin the wife was rude they treat you as if your nobody second room 206 had Bedbugs I’ll post pics and videos it was so bad I called the environmental health it’s a trap don’t stay there and Neil owner uses crackheads for workers men that look at you sexually and walking around all type of night he’s throwing mattress away but keep box spring etc that the bed bugs are still on towels are black n yellow tub is black moldy one housekeeping she try her best they have no type of disinfectant n wash everything in a person wash... read more
Dingy. Black mold in the tub. Sproingy mattress. No breakfast, not even coffee. Dangerous desk chair (try it and you'll see what i mean). Good shower but it leaves water on the floor. Soap but no shampoo. Plenty of other hotels adjacent. Stay in one of them instead.
