Eunice is a liar. We lived at 2408 Fortson in Gulfport. It started with her saying that the house was clean when it was obviously dirty. The cleaning people came out but did a subpar job. Eunice said I needed to instruct the cleaning ladies on how/what to clean. We found out later that the dishwasher was infested with roaches and the fridge was over 20 years old. Property manager excellent and fair.
First experience using a property company to manage my rental home and Eunice has been very responsive and beyond helpful. She’s always keeping me to up to date and has a great attitude. I highly recommend!
Eunice was awesome to work with! She went above and beyond and accommodated for us when we had a short period to find something and got everything ready for us to be able to move in early. I can’t recommend her enough!
