Eunice was VERY easy to work with and had excellent communication. Any need or question that I had, she always responded quickly. I would highly recommend her!
Review Title: Be Cautious Before Renting from Eunice Let me start by saying this: you better have perfect credit to rent from Eunice. I have less-than-great credit, but an excellent rental history and a financially solid co-signer—my father—who was willing to help. Eunice doesn’t care that 75% of your credit issues are medical bills. I also made well above the income required for the rent.
