The inspector didn't check much of the house. I went for a final walkthrough and a window was broken. The inspector didn't even make note in the report and didn't check a backyard deck. When I walked outside the railing fell off! What a waste of time and money!

Phil did complete a thorough inspection of the inside of the house. However, because there was snow outside and on the roof, he did not inspect the outside of property and charges a return fee if he needs to comeback to look at property. He had been at the property 48 hours earlier to install the radon test and could’ve looked at the outside of the property then because there was no snow at that point.
